Originally a restaurant and, in more recent decades, a popular catering hall, this century-old cottage is home to a mysteriously lady in white roaming from room to room. Visitors also felt strange cold spots throughout the facility. The cottage was shut down and sold in 2014 after suffering damages from hurricanes Irene and Sandy.
