The House That Ate the Suburbs, is a celebration of a time when Halloween and horror were more
than the same old blood and guts (I mean lets face it… anyone can chase someone around with a chainsaw and a store bought mask!!)
Cartoonish monsters and whimsical scenes combine with Halloween effects and an eclectic soundtrack (great Halloween songs from the 30’s & 40’s all the way through to today!) to create the most unique Halloween display in the Tri State Area! Over fifty creatures big and small inhabit our graveyard, dungeon, and cornfield.
The house will be lit up with full effects all weekend and on Halloween night we will have live monsters and an appearance by recently deceased psychic to the stars Sylvia Browne who will answer all your questions on love, life and the other side.
Created by Tom Kopian and Stewart Buffaloe in their studio Creatures of Delight, most elements and all Creatures are made entirely by hand for your viewing pleasure!

  • So much more than just a guy with a chainsaw!

Everything is made by the guys who do this and they have scary parts for adults in the back but make sure to keep the front fun for all ages! Where else do you find dragons, ghosts, monsters and more with cool songs from the 60s like Mad Monster Party and The Blob??? Oh...don't miss the psychic if she is there on Halloween- she is a hoot! OH!! And it is FREE!!!!
