It's 2025 and this begins our 7th AND *** FINAL *** season of setting up a pretty darn awesome Halloween display in our front yard for ALL to see!! We have enjoyed watching everyone as they walk through and laugh, scream and sometimes jump! With each passing year it has gotten bigger and better!!! Hundreds came in 2024 and we had such great feedback, but all good things must come to an end!!!! *WARNING - Strobe lights are being used in our display.
With well over 100 combined animatronics and props, 7 fog machines, over 100 lights and spooky music to help set the spoooktacular atmosphere, we're here to claim the #1 Home Haunt in Commack!!! Park your car and walk around to enjoy it to its fullest! Be sure to walk up our driveway and all the way to our front door as you never know what could be hiding...
We raised $800 for the NY Bully Crew Rescue in 2021 and we joined the 2022 Skeletons for St. Jude (SSJ) Fundraiser - "STONYWOOD SCARE for St. Jude" and raised over $7200!!!
In 2023 we raised $6000 and created the Farmingdale HS Marching Band's Pellettiere/Ferrari Music Memorial Scholarship and awarded three deserving individuals with $2000 scholarships!!!
Last year, in 2024, we raised money for Wounded Warrior Project raising over $3700! Thank you again for all who donated and continue to do so every year.
This year, for 2025, Stonywood Scare has chosen to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. This charity is close to our hearts as we know families that have been impacted by this horrible disease. We hope to raise more than ever and make CF stand for “Cure Found”. We hope to see you this Halloween season ??!!

Awesome house. They did a great job with the animatronics and effects like the smoke and music. They also had candy out for the kids. The couple who owns the house is so great!

This house is absolutely incredible! From the moment we pulled up, the lights, fog, and eerie sound effects created the perfect spooky atmosphere. The decorations were so detailed and lifelike every corner had something new to discover. The electrical effects and moving props were timed perfectly, giving us a few jump scares and plenty of laughs. My kids were completely mesmerized; they begged to go back again, and we did, multiple times! It’s clear the owners put so much effort and creativity into making it a magical (and slightly scary) Halloween experience for families. Definitely the best-decorated house we’ve ever seen!

This residential property is so over the top amazing it’s hard to even put into words. Every inch of their front lawn and front of the house is taken up with scary fun Halloween decor. Smells sounds music fog and things that jump and talk. Definitely worth a trip.
