We had such a great time! A movie and Bon Fire to pass the time is exactly what every place needs. The trail itself is CREEPY, I'm easily scared and WOW the costumes and staff are INCREDIBLE!! We had a lot of laughs and screams along the way. Very fun, would come back every year

Our favorite haunted trail! I’ve brought my two daughters here for the past 2 years and it just keeps getting better! Actors are great and it’s always a good time. Fire pit, movie, corn hole and refreshments while you wait for your group to be called. We will definitely keep coming back.

This is my 2nd time visiting the Yaphank Trail of Terror. My son and I had a great time at the trail. First, we had some awesome hot chocolate and hot pretzels. We sat and watched the movie and then we went by the bonfire. We waited for about 45 minutes, but the time went fast. The trail is very dark and has some great jump scares. I always scream, and get scared easily because I allow myself to. I think it’s amazing for the price. You don’t need to spend tons of money to enjoy some time with your family at Halloween haunts. Can’t wait for next year.

Third year we've been here. Don't want to give to much away but loved the chainsaw and terrifier. Even though we know where the chainsaw is it still gets us. It's fun hearing all the other groups on the trail screaming especially when our friends haven't been here before and get nervous. Can't wait for next year!

We've been coming every year since 2017 and every year it's a great time. This year they had a tarot card reader which was also reasonable just like everything else. I would put this trail up against those big budget ones any day of the week.

We love coming here. Only thing I would say is maybe next year have more picnic tables for people to sit at while they wait. But otherwise we had a great time as usual. See you next year!

Big fire pit to roast marshmellows, outdoor large movie screen showing Halloween movies, and a concession tent that has super cheap prices. All of this to use while you wait for your group to be called. Fun night for family and friends.

Loved that we didn't have to wait on line to get in. We were given a group number and only got on line when our group number was called. We hung out by a bonfire while we waited. They also had a movie playing in the field as well. The trail was actually shorter than I thought it would be (about 10 minutes) but definitely worth it.

People, we walked thru a pitch black forest that is next to a very old cemetery guided by a person in a hooded long black cloak (like the grim reaper wears) carrying a lantern! The light from the lantern is all the light that is on the path, so you don't see what's coming until your upon it. This makes for a chilling, hair raising experience before any ghouls, lost souls or goblins make an appearance.

As I walked into the waiting area I thought I was safe but then some of the actors came out and scared me so much. I went to the bathroom and met a serial killer and she told the whole crew and cast about me which left me in tears when I went through because left and right all I heard was “Abigail!!!!” After crying 2 times I had a good night. P.s DONT TALK TO THE SERIAL KILLERS.

My family and I had a great time. We were disappointed the hamster ball track wasn't there this year but it was nice to see the trail up and running after 2020.

My kids really wanted to go even though they are on the younger side (8 & 11). When we got there as we got closer to the front of the line my 8 year old got cold feet. My wife stepped off the line and they waited at the bonfire and watched the movie while my 11 year old and I went through. When we came out they gave us a refund for the one ticket and let my son go back through with my wife for free. Will be back next year for sure.

Natural setting of this trail alone makes it a must see attraction. Actors are spot on and stay in character throughout. Friendly staff.

I also found the pricing to be reasonable for everything offered at this place including $2 for smores package (stick, marshmallow, chocolate bar).

A trail with bonfires, a trail with some delicious goodies. We loved it. Went there and got really terrified. It was the best around my neighborhood and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There was less of wait even on a Friday night. It was neatly designed trail with something or the other happening as we walk. Some were terrifying, some would alarm you and a few would make you laugh.

My BF says he’s hard to scare. But few of the jump scares actually caught him by surprise. Yeah, I screamed and jumped few times. Awesome fire pit and concessions at the end. The taste of hot pretzel still lingers in my mouth. Great outing and reasonably priced attraction. Check it out.

Trail was good. This is mostly my girlfriends thing as I don't scare easily but you got me a few times. The movies and bonfire we a cool touch. You could actually watch the movie from the waiting line as well so that was nice. There was a bit of a wait but overall it was good. My friends and I had fun.

The best trail I have ever been to. It was a long wait outside. Once inside the trail, it was fun and scare unlimited. The props were used and it was quite impactful. The actors had a great time. They had the best makeup and attire. It was like living the part of ghosts and monsters. Managed to make me jump and it was fun. It was a truly a trail of terror that ends with a bonfire. They had everything in store including food and drink.

Family friendly fun! I love the walk through the woods. Every year its a little different, so I never know what is around the corner. Awesome fire pit and concessions at the end. I also love the person who explains the rules before you enter the trail.

It was a great time with the ghosts and monsters on the trail. And we loved the bonfires and the scrumptious food. My friends and I were there on Sunday night but still it was hassle free. The staff was able to manage it really well. The trail had endless scares all quite detailed and terrifying. Actors were great. It was with so much ease they pulled out scares. The dimly lit trail and the setting itself had evoked fear. Relaxed our frail nerves in the bonfire and had some delicious drink. It is fun. Definitely recommend.

I was here before, and few things had changed since last time. You can’t anticipate what is around the corner. They had tons of surprises in store and executed it very well. Enjoyed roasted marshmallows and hot chocolate. The bonfire relaxed our chilled hearts. It was a great evening.

Yaphank was family friendly. Great walk through the dark woods expecting the worse. Scares ranged from mild to moderate. My GF was taken aback by couple of jump scares. Timing and execution were perfect. Kudos to the actors who acted professionally and stayed in character. The set design was also impressive. The movie outside was cool. Great bonfire, roasted marshmallows and hot chocolate to top it off. We both had a great time. I will certainly visit next year.

This is cool enough for our 14 year old, but not too scary for the 10 year old. A great family outing and reasonably priced. Super organized. We did scary walk. we roasted some marshmallows, and there were outside movies. Also, if you come back with your ticket stub you get BOGO.

Takes you through half a mile of dark woods where you’ll come face to face with the creepiest of creatures you’d ever seen. The set design was cool. Scares came from all sides, and my wife screamed out loud more than once. You just can’t say what is beyond the corner. Actors’ makeup looked real. The guy who explained the rules before we entered was friendly as well. I would certainly recommend this trail to all scare seekers in the state.

This is the third year my friends and I have gone. Always a good time. This was the first time that we had a significant wait but the time went by pretty quick. I'm sure we'll be back next year!

We had a great time! It got really scary quite a few times. It's not a professional trail, but that makes it better, because these people are really into giving you a great time! Lots of screams in those woods, zombies all around, huge marshmallows to roast at a big bonfire. Long wait, but that's because so many people wanted to go, and some were there before (ticket stub gets you in free with a paying friend), and it was worth it!

The wait was a little longer than we thought it would be but it wasn't as bad as some of the other places we've been. Overall my girlfriend and I had a good time. They got me a few times but my girlfriend quite a bit. Nice job.

I went to this trail last year and it was a lot of fun. I went this year and it was even better. There were scares at every turn. There were so many that you started to fear every step you took. I don't want to give anything away, but I just want to say that it was a lot of fun. The "actors" were great. They knew how to get under your skin. This is not a trail just for kids. This is a blast for everyone.There are snacks that you can buy, a movie playing on a big screen, and "hamster balls" for the kids to roll around in. So you can really enjoy the evening. This was well worth the price of admission, and I'm looking forward to going again next year.

This trail is amazing for the price, we were coming back from the moriches spook walk and saw a sign for this one. I have to say I liked this one better, less is more especially in pitch black woods where all you have is a candle to guide you. I have to favorite parts. The chainsaw always scares the heck out of me and we are not sure what he was but maybe a beast of the woods; long hair creepy eyes when the light hit it and he would get so close to you and laugh, so creepy!

One of the best haunted houses for the price! Scary and creepy parts. From walking in the dark to running for our lives. One of the scariest parts was when all the body’s hanging and a boy in the straight jacket talking to himself which made it creepier and then all we knew we were getting chased with a chain saw. We had so much fun here! From the scary trail to the hampster balls, bonfire and movie! This is fun for all ages! Great value at $10 and a coupon for $1 off. We walked through the trail, which was scary but fun and then we went in the hampster balls and finished the night by the bonfire with hot chocolate. All around a great set-up. Everyone should check this out.

This trail was so much fun and very scary! Its not as expensive as most of the other haunted attractions on Long Island, but for sure one of the better ones. Its scary to walk through the woods and not know whats coming next. I would definitely recommend this trail for some Halloween fun!!!

I went through this past weekend with a group of friends and we go terrified! There was a creepy structure with toys hanging and it scared us so much. The girl in that part sang a really creepy song and then followed us into the next part. A boy in a straight jacket really got us! He yelled at us to help him and we just became very shaky. Then came the clowns, I already hate clowns so to see that made me super nervous. I would definitely go again.

Tonight there were 6 of us. 3 adults 3 kids. For $10 each we weren’t sure what we were getting.... well that was the best money spent. They have a big bonfire, a old black and white moving playing with benches to watch it, and the best part... the trail. Yes the line was long. And we were hesitant but it was time we’ll spent. Not to give too much away but you don’t need all that gore to be one of the scariest attractions in Long Island. From the witch selling tickets wish us “good luck” as she handed us our ticket, up until the maze at the end, I couldn’t have thought of a better way to enjoy the night with our teenagers. Thanks to everyone for a great night out.

So scary and perfectly priced. We spent the whole night there. My kids loved the creepy skelly girl! They are still talking about her. First the trail then the movie, ate some snacks while we sat by the fire. Hampster balls were a blast! We are going back with a bigger group next week!

This place was a lot of fun. It was kind of like a big party at night. Besides the trail there was these balls people could get into and race down a track, a movie showing ghostbusters a bonfire and concession stand. Once we got on the trail it was weird because it was dead quiet in there which made it scarier. There could have been more actors on the trail would be the one thing i'd suggest but overall it was a good mix of creepy and scary.

I went with a bunch of my friends this past Friday and they got a whole deal up there. The trail wasn't bad and they even got me to jump a few times but our girlfriends were screaming the whole time. We also did the hamster balls they got there which was a separate price but still worth it. Definitely think we'll be back next year.

This is a great trail for just 10 bucks! This trail plays on everyone's creep factor. To the chainsaw maniac and demented children to zombies. Loved the tunnel of air. But my best part was probably the Master of they're woods, he had wip and was able to make you feel submissive. Overall a great trail!

We actually went two weeks ago and had a great time so we came back again with some friends this past Friday. I don't know how many people take advantage of the come back with a paying customer and get in free promotion that they have but we did. That was actually the first place we saw that did that and this was the 7th haunted place we've been too. The huge inflatable ball things you can get in and race were a lot of fun too. The trail itself has a great spook/creepy factor and it was a lot of fun.

Never been there before but it actually was pretty good. Walking in the woods scares me more than walking in a house and the wait time was short and the walk lasted about 10 minutes or so. We used the coupon on here to get in for $9 which was well worth the price. Looking forward to next year.

This Spook walk is more of a creep factor then a scare. People following you, walking through wet body bags! But don't get me wrong there is a scare factor here people chase you and jump out. My favorite part was a big tall person in a cloak type costume with monster gloves on that chases you or follows you with out being heard. Bewae he can be anywhere.

The concept behind the walk is great, no light that you must follow your guide, but not scary for me or my wife. The kids we were with were scared. If you are scared of the dark or have teenage kids then it is worth it, but as an older man this was boring especially since my wife doesn't scare easily. I did think the price was good and the wait was not long but I was expecting a little more. The kids did run when the guy with the chainsaw came, which was funny!

I agree with the previous person that the costumes need to be better and I thought the maze could have been longer but this was definitely worth the money. Walking through the woods at night scares me more than a haunted house does and the scenes they had set up were really cool. The girl in the scene with the hanging stuffed animals giggling and singing nursery rhymes freaked me the hell out. Looking forward to it next year.

This was creepy considering ur walking through pitch black woods with a little light thats turned off a few times lol I hope next year they charge more, get more props/costumes/etc and make it a little longer even though we walked for a solid 18-20 minutes

Walking through a dark trail with only the lantern that your guide carries to light the way......Creepy!!! No one ever wants to be in the front to lead the way but on this haunt, you don't want to be in the back either! Hill crawlers, evil clowns, chain saws...this walk haunt had it all! The bonfire at the end was a really nice touch too!

I was scared crapless...... Especially with their doll house scene with wet animals, that was scary. Plus there's always something walking around and following you. Especially when a scarecrow jumped down from behind and walked behind us. This was so fun!!!!!
