You can tell everybody there works very hard to put this together it was much better than I anticipated! These kids deserve acting awards, I was definitely scared I will definitely be back next year it was a great time!

Me and my friends went to Darkside haunted house Saturday night and we’re done within 25mins. They rushed everyone through the house. But anyway; we wanted more to do and started looking up places. We found Baiting Hallow and it was only 5mins up the road and for $15, what could be the worst that could happen? Well this place really surprised us. The haunted trail, house, and maze, as well as the actors were all phenomenal. Then to end off, a bon fire with benches and Halloween movies on a projection screen! They had a concession stand as well with pretzels, hotdogs, hot cocoa, and adorable smores kits that you could make yourself on the fire! Not to mention inexpensive, especially in today’s world. Really this place deserves more recognition!

These kids were quiet until they weren't! If youre with someone who jumps cares itll be a great time. The maze, the walk through the woods and the haunted house at the end, all a great time. Before you even start you hear the screams in the distance. It was a great time will definitely be back.

The spooky walk at the Baiting Hollow Boy Scout camp was actually very scary! It’s very dark and winding through the woods with a lot of great jump, scares and scenes! They also have a bonfire and a movie and all kinds of snacks for sale. Loved it!!

I love the spooky vibes you get since its in the woods. Its nice being by the campfire while waiting. The guides are nice and funny. I named mine Gilbert and he was very helpful making sure we watch out for any roots on the ground and guiding us through the maze when we were stuck. The scare actors jump-scare you which is very fun and they are good at acting. There is a lot of effort put in with the trail, maze, and haunted house. This was my second year going and i cant wait for next year! Also the hot chocolate is real good.

Walking threw a path in the woods by a guide, the goolish actors jumped out of hiding to give everyone a scare. All the displays were nicely decorated for the Haunted scares. The trail ended at a log cabin, were groups up to 5 at a time walked into many hidden haunted scare rooms, all with different themes and scary actors intent on doing there job! The last room was a... Well, I will not spoil the ending. Overall very good and well worth the price. The kids and wife walked away scared.

Fire, s’mores, scary movie and then it starts with a walk through the woods, maze, and haunted house. Scary and Awesome! I drove 1 hr and 40 min to get there . I will definitely do the drive to go again next year.
The actors were so so good. They really got into their roles. We were a group of 16, I will go again but with an even bigger group.
Plus the money goes to support the Scouts of America campgrounds. Win, win!!!!

Fantastic and only $15. We did a Haunted Trail. A maze an unbelievable Haunted House which took us maybe 40 to 45 minutes. Then We sat around a bondfire with hot chocolate and made s’mores. I had a big soft pretzel and instead of $10 to $15 some places charge it was $3 and then they told me 2 for $5. We had a great inexpensive night . They also had a scary movie but I enjoyed the fire and the full moon

We were not let down at all! So far this Halloween season we’ve visited 3 venues and Haunted Hollow has proven to be our favorite so far! Great job to everyone involved!

Pleasantly surprised. Everyone was great. Went with two 10 year olds, they were scared but laughed about it on the way home. For $15 a ticket I would recommend it to everyone. My son asked if we can go every year…and we will

Had an opportunity to go with the kids and the husband on Friday night, everybody had such a great time. Scouts did a good job.
The company that assisted did a good job too.
Great way to support the Scouts! They are open tonight and next weekend. Go see for yourself!

Compared to other haunted houses I’ve went to, this was by far one of the best, it lasted longer, the actors were amazing, and overall creative. Every room had its own story and the actors definitely played their roles to the fullest! All the staff were super duper nice. I really liked the circular room that spun, I immediately thought of coraline. Would definitely come back!

Walking along the creepy trail was so much fun. The Scouts and volunteers did such a great job. So much creativity. The Spooky trail, haunted camp ground and ended with a haunted house. Great for kids, teens and adults. Bravo

We've been visiting The Haunted Hollow with our Boy Scout troop for several years now, and I have to say, they never disappoint! In fact, every year seems to be even better than the last.
The amount of work and attention to detail that goes into this haunted experience is incredible. From the perfectly designed wooded trail to the creepy mazes, houses, and cabins along the way, everything is so well thought out. The actors, many of whom are Scouts themselves, do an outstanding job bringing the scares to life!
One of my favorite parts is the mysterious, nameless guide who leads your group through the woods. They never say a word, but somehow manage to control the pace of your entire experience, making sure you encounter each terrifying surprise at just the right moment. It's such a simple but brilliant touch that really adds to the suspense.
Even the waiting area is part of the fun! With a huge screen playing a scary movie and a campfire to gather around, they've created a great atmosphere to enjoy while waiting for your scheduled time.
You can tell that a tremendous amount of time, creativity, and dedication goes into making The Haunted Hollow such a fantastic experience. We've made it an annual tradition with our troop, and it just keeps getting better.
If you're looking for a truly fun, spooky, and well-organized Halloween experience, I highly recommend The Haunted Hollow. We already can't wait to come back next year!

We had a great time! They had a horror movie and campfire set up while you wait for your nameless guide to bring you through the trail.
A trail, small maze and haunted house all in one! We had a great time! The effects in the haunted house were awesome!

Every year, this event gets better and better. It’s legitimately quite scary. The setting out in the middle of the woods is perfect. Great job by these guys, and the price is super affordable.

It was a great experience. Did not register prior, signed up there and we were walking through 20min later. Waited by the fire pit watching scream on the outdoor projector. Walk was great through the woods with different themes, Canin walk through and maze, ended at the haunted house part. All the actors and decorating of rooms and areas were great. A must go

So this was a haunted house and a trail. It seemed like all the effort went into the house and they forgot there was a trail portion. The house was good. Some really cool effects. The trail was long, hilly, with scares and actors few and far between. This was our first time here but from previous reviews it seems like there used to be a hayride. Not sure why they went with a walking trail. Kudos for trying but lot of work to do.

This was my first time here so sadly I missed the haunted hayride experience but the haunted trail was awesome! You go through a house that had some great scares and then you do a very long and scary haunted trail with a guide. Even with the guide to show us the way it was incredibly creepy and scary. It was the best trail we have done by far. Walking through the woods at night with people jumping out and following you is terrifying! They are only open a few days out of the year for this haunt so make sure you can get to it next season!

This was our first time here. It wasn't bad. We did both events, the haunted hayride and the haunted house. The haunted house was good albeit a little short. But the detail was good. The haunted hayride was nice and long but there could have been more scenes. After speaking with one of the workers this was their first year doing a hayride so kudos for trying something new. Overall the price was good and they had a movie playing outside while you waited. I'll probably go back next year if it's open.

Great set-up, easy to navigate, good parking, worth the price. Scary but family friendly. Decor was killer. Great costumes. I will be back next with year with friends in tow.

It was a good scare but still good for young kids! Loved that it is non for profit, and how there were kids involved with helping it! There was a bonfire outside, a movie played and there were cheap refreshments like hot cocoa and snacks.

I brought my son first (9) then went home and brought my daughter (13) right back!!! This was a perfect blend of creativity and scare for the young and old. They really enjoyed their first time going through a haunted nightmare/house! Wasn’t too scary that the kids can’t enjoy or will have nightmares and therapy visits. Really was PERFECT!!! Loved it!!!
Afterwards we had a snack at the concession stand. They played videos as well!
Absolutely enjoyed all the characters, rooms, decor and thoughtful creations! Great Job!!!!!

I was there last night. Great event. The feedback from everyone was amazing. Just scary enough but not too scary for your little ones. Some awsome characters played by adults and youths. highly recommed. Besides the haunted indoor maze (which has pleanty of escape routes) there is a barn fire, outdoor movies, snacks and hot chocolate for sale. All priced inexpencevely. Tons of fun for all.

Brought my teens here with their friends and they thought it was really scary. They loved it and went in a bunch of times. The staff at the refreshment stands were really friendly and they had a movie playing and a bonfire too. Definitely recommend it!
