Email Verified Overpriced and poorly organized

I went with some friends a couple weeks ago and and felt compelled to write a review.. Oh.. where do I begin.., The wait time to enter was ridiculously long, the intro video they show you prior to entering the trail was quirky, boring and had audio issues, the 42.50 price was way too much. The promise of a 40 minute tour is false and where’s all the scarey monsters? Were they on a break? Bottom line.. this place has potential but they need to lower the price, decrease wait time and increase the scare. Maybe next year will be better.

Unfortunately they do try hard but not worth the hefty price of admission. Right from the very start with the introduction video which was poorly done and unable to hear we had the feeling of an overrated Haunt. We then proceed down a trail with a couple of the actors, who basically scream in your ear, to the dock for a boat ride. Although a great idea paddling on the river through the dark, nothing really happens. There was so much potential here to create something exciting. We exit the boat down river to a trail and a corn maze of some cheap props along with some more actors who again jump out and scream in your ear. At the price point of nearly $50 a head we were very disappointed.

Email Verified Original & Scary!!

If you're looking for something outside the typical Haunted House experience, this is a must see. Our group was scared and entertained the entire time. The boat ride was unpredictable with actors scaring us in the water. The owner and staff are creative and accommodating. We would definitely recommend Haunted River Tour for a unique outdoor haunted experience.

Awesome experience. Awesome people

I took five teen girls to the haunted river experience Friday night. We all had blast!!! The owner and his crew couldn't have been nicer. First thing the kids said when it was over..."we have to do this every year". I had accidentally overbooked my tickets and the owner arranged a credit the very next morning. Thanks to all. Look forward to following your upcoming events.

Went on opening night and heard from an employee they still had much left to do, so if this was their starting point and it is only getting better, AWESOME! We had a blast, it was scary and fun and different. Several different areas to go through with a theme starting with an intro which was great! Wish their was a little more at the end. Staff was incredible and nice.

Event isn't set to start till the 6th but the work seen put in is AWESOME!
